Nicole was to represent both the buyer and seller, but the entire transaction favored the buyer (her sister). As the Seller she forgot important documents and the closing was a disgrace. She also did not provide any guidance on the expectations of the seller causing me the loss of much time and monies. I hope this was a lesson learned on professionalism.

Susan was very helpful in making suggestions as we moved forward with putting our building up for sale. As a board we felt her trustworthy and very knowledgeable in the suggestions she made, we felt she was always looking out for our best interest. She worked hard for us.
