They were quick to reply to emails, phone calls, and texts, as well as meeting us quite a distance from their "home base" to be at the property we bought for any inspections, etc we had done or wanted/needed extra support for. They also took time to make sure we weren't confused or left out of the loop - even when it meant explaining the same thing to us multiple times in different ways. They were patient, knowledgeable, and present for us the entire time.
