What a real estate agent should be

Heather went above and beyond our expectations of a real estate agent. She helped us out and bent over backwards every step of the way to make sure that we ended up in the house of our dreams. She remained optimistic but also realistic in setting our expectations of what we could afford and the closing process. She was great beginning to end and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a new agent.

Phenomenal Realtor!

Melanie Sessa is a phenomenal realtor! Melanie was referred to me by my co-worker and from my first interactions with Melanie I could tell she truly cared about helping me and my husband sell our current home and find our forever dream home. Throughout the entire process Melanie was very communicative and responded to texts/emails promptly. Whenever we had a question regarding the process of buying/selling she would gladly explain/clarify. Melanie was able to sell our townhouse in 24 hours and received multiple offers that were well over asking! When it came to finding a home, we looked at dozens of homes and she never once made us feel pressured into purchasing a home. If my husband and I were not interested in a home, no worries for she was determined to help us find our dream home no matter how long it may take. And we eventually found our dream home with the help of Melanie! Anyone who knows Melanie can tell she truly cares about helping her clients sell/buy and is not in it for just the money. Melanie truly made the entire process of buying/selling a great experience! She’s a phenomenal realtor and I highly highly recommend her!
