I had a wonderful experience. She was very thorough with her knowledge. I have referred her to my friends in Bluestone Creek. She helped when I didn’t understand what was being told to me. And had patience with me. She has a great personality.
We made the decision to sell our home after residing there for 21 years. It was overwhelming, until we contacted Dan who evaluated our residence and presented us with his marketing plan, and subsequently handled every detail to drive the process. Our home sold within three days of being placed on the market, we had 10 offers and received $40,000.00 above the listed sale price! We were extremely happy and fortunate to have such a qualified, knowledgeable realtor. It was a seamless process from beginning to end.

She is very straight forward but in a very nice, knowledgeable way. This is the second time we have used Lynne, the first time our house sold before the size was out on the front lawn. This time the house sold over asking 2 days after the first showing. She is so knowledgeable, calming when you’re feeling stressed, returns calls asap etc., even when she is away on vacation! She truly helped us achieve our goal, to move closer to our children in SC before the second Grandchild is born. She has also followed up today to see if we have found our “forever home”. We truly recommend Lynne if you are looking to buy or sell.
