As a first-time homebuyer, I had a great experience working with David. My siblings worked with him a few years ago, so when it was time for me to buy, I didn’t have to think twice about reaching out to him. David kept me updated throughout every step of the process and provided an easy-to-follow timeline. He was always available to answer questions and usually responded within an hour. What I appreciated most was his integrity and dedication. He pointed out things I wouldn’t have thought about, such as noise from a nearby train station or busy street, as well as differences between homes inside and outside of a neighborhood. He also highlighted items that could lead to high maintenance costs down the road. When it came time to make an offer, David helped me put together a strong offer that got the seller’s attention while still getting me a great price. He also helped me get a seller concession and structure the purchase in a way that allowed me to avoid PMI. David is transparent, knowledgeable, and genuinely dedicated to helping buyers find a great home and get a great deal. I would definitely recommend him.

Easy to communicate with. Great knowledge of the area. Provided us with a number of selections and helped identify their strenghs and weaknesses. Very patient. Never felt pressured.

I can't thank Rita enough for all her help. She had answers and suggestions to all my questions even if they were not directly related to the sale of our home. She helped to sell so quickly and with no hassles. She is always responsive even when she is "off" for the day or it is late at night. She gave us great advice from the first time she walked in our door. i will recommend her to anyone and everyone I know thinking of selling or buying.
