Lisa did a great job selling our home. From the beginning, she was thorough and professional. She listened to our concerns and made us feel comfortable throughout the entire process. She was always available to us any time of the day. When a problem arose she was there to reassure us and worked diligently to find a solution. She did more than I could ever expect.

We couldn't have picked a better agent to sell our house. I knew it the day we first interviewed Beth Scarpello. She was professional, friendly and encouraging. She immediately recognized the best selling points of our house and potential for prospective buyers. We previously entertained another agent we knew, and naturally wanted to give them the business. But as time went on we became increasingly unhappy with them. We felt they took us for granted. They provided no comps & zero enthusiasm. They actually gave us the impression they were doing us a favor selling our house... and at a ridiculously low price! Really? On the other hand, Beth had the right attitude, enthusiasm and local experience. We knew we needed to update our older house, but weren't sure where to start. Beth not only knew right away what needed to be done, but gave us her personal contacts for landscapers, window cleaners, flooring refinishing and house cleaners. In a very short time, the house was beautiful and ready to place on the market. Beth provided a professional photographer and gorgeous full-color brochures with virtual staging. She even had the photographer add a photo of our house with an in-ground pool - just to show buyers what it could look like! It worked. Beth was in frequent contact with us throughout the whole process. We were so busy we needed her to make sure things got done in a timely manner. This she did and kept us up to date with how the showings went. She didn't disappoint. It was a really tough market with interest rates rising weekly. It was also fall going into winter - which is a really bad time to sell a house. Time and interest rates were against us. Despite the upgrades and poor market, Beth took the stress out of the process. It was all worth it and in the end we had the right buyers and the right price. We whole-heatedly recommend Beth Scarpello to anyone selling a house in our area. And we hope to use her again sometime in the future!
