Working with Shannon was wonderful. We started out looking for one type of house in a certainlocation, but then dynamics changed on what we needed. Our search area changed, and the house needs as well, and Shannon worked with us even though it wasn't what we initially started with. She's very flexible, and always easily reached. She was very knowledgeable on the different inspections that had to be done and pass. She understood what we needed and was not pushing us to just make any purchase. As we worked with her we felt she was more as a friend than just a realtor. I would recommend her to anyone that was looking for one of the best, if not the best realtor, with many years of experience in the area.Thank you Shannon.

Shannon was a very reliable agent, communication was prompt, consistent and transparent. This was our first time selling a house so she also took the time to guide us through the process.

Let’s just jump right in. Shannon helped me buy a house and sell a house. I found Shannon to be extremely professional, down to earth, honest and someone who looks toward your best interest. When buying a home, she took me to countless properties! Using her insight and discernment we discussed each property and the pros and cons. I found her to be highly intelligent and knowledgeable of each property and could trust her judgment. I was saved from buying any money pits. I found her to be a very good person. And that is hard to find these days. She did look after my best interests! When I went to sell my property, she showed the same professional care. I highly recommend Shannon in your next transaction. Thank you, Shannon!

Anita was very professional in every aspect! She guided us from the very beginning of getting the house ready to sell to the very end. I especially was impressed with text messages informing us of each house showing and what the possible buyer liked/disliked about the house. Anita was always available in person or through text messaging or phone calls as even when an inspection of equipment was preformed, Anita was there! It was a pleasure working with Anita and I highly recommend her when selling your home!

Anita helped with recommendations, had an exceptional network and made everything about the process from tour to close simple, comfortable and smooth. You're in great hands working with Anita, truly an expert in her service area.
