In her easy-going and friendly manner, Anita demonstrated her vast experience as a realtor in helping us sell my mother's home very quickly. From our first meeting and throughout the entire process, she advised us on the best way to present the home, how to price it, and eventually make the sale. She was very responsive to all my communications with her - whether texts, phone calls, or E-mails. She also made the process as convenient as possible by using digital signing of documents. Fortunately for us, we were in a "sellers market" phase, and she knew exactly how to take advantage of that. I would strongly recommend her to anyone who was looking for a realtor.

The Lewith/Freeman agency was responsible for bringing the buyers to our home. Following a second visit, we got an offer, which required slight discussion with the buyers before agreement to purchase was acceptable to all parties.

I thought that selling my home at the beginning of winter and in an uncertain economy would lead to a long and drawn-out process, however, Mr. Pinko and Ms. Vetter managed to sell my home within just a few weeks of it being listed and at a price that ensured my satisfaction.
