Anita has earned the title of Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) and has received the Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation, also. Anita is a resident of the Conyngham Valley and serves the surrounding areas. Potential clients looking to buy or sell homes in Freeland, homes in Drums, homes in Hazle Township, homes in Hazleton, and homes in Milnesville among many other locations will find much success with Anita.
Anita’s strongest skill? “Keeping it real!” she says, excitedly. “Negotiating prices, working with buyers, listing homes, and helping sellers…I love this business. It never feels like a job and I don’t plan to ever retire. It’s fun!”
With such vigor for her craft, it is no secret why Anita has become so successful over the past three decades. When she’s not actively pursuing solutions to her clients’ needs (though she never truly stops), Anita volunteers with the American Cancer Society Road to Recovery, and is a Red Cross platelet donor. Additionally, Anita sits on the boards of the Conyngham Borough Sewer Authority and the Conygham Planning Commission. When she finally gets some downtime, Anita can be found walking her
English Setters, Beatrice and Eleanor. When asked what has kept her at the top of the ranks of Realtors in all of the Northeast, Anita only says:
