For example, she told us to show an empty house but did not think fix-up was necessary. She has no agenda of tradespeople she wants to bring in, but will find them if needed. The house did not initially pass inspection. Since I live out of state, Brooke kept me apprised of the situation which took time to re-examine, but concluded favorably. Whenever I contacted Brooke, she called me that day. The photographs of the property were stunning.
