Cathy personally met with me during my home inspection, and even brought a colleague to ensure any questions that I had would be answered right there on the spot. Once finished with our inspection, we compiled an outlandish laundry list of things to be fixed. Cathy, of course blew away my expectations and got everything on the list fixed. Like the rest of the process, the closing date was smooth with no hiccups. I have in the past and will continue to recommend Cathy to anyone who is looking into buying a home. Throughout the process, Cathy became a friend as it was clear she fought for us at every turn and had our best interest at heart.
