In the current market houses are selling in less than a week. But, our previous realtor had our house on the market for 6 months without a single bid. They had told us they don't do a wide variety of things and our house was just a dud that would be hard to sell. We dropped them and hired Connie. Immediately she had a variety of options and ideas to help us sell our house and in less than 2 weeks the house sold with multiple bids. Since then she has been wonderful in giving advice and helping us find a new realtor where we now live to help in the relocation. There isn't enough we can say about how much we appreciate her efforts or how much we recommend her.

I was selling my house and not purchasing an another house as I’m moving out of the country for a bit. Debby helped me find this house years ago and it was an easy process and selling at this time was even easier. She communicates which is key to the whole process, as I was traveling, she kept me posted as far as what was going on and within a week she had an offer which was over my asking price so I can’t ask for anything.
