Very communicative and sweet! We had a tricky situation and she was there every step of the way! She even pulled some weeds and trimmed some trees when getting ready to list! She definitely went above and beyond! Thankful I had her during this experience!
Due to an accident, our mother needed to be moved into an assisted living facility. We ended up having to sell our her house. Without experiencing a home sale in +25 years, we didn't know what we had to do to accomplish this. Through Deb's experience, knowledge, communication and professionalism we received viewing appointment requests almost as soon as she listed the house. One of the first day appointments made a offer for MORE THAN the listing price so we accepted it. Deb guided us through the entire process without the stress or anxiety that we anticipated. We can honestly say that if you need an agent to take care of business stress free, give Deb a call.
Deb has 5 properties for sale and sold 15 properties in the last 12 months, showing 4, sorted by most recent activity
