I have been using Jill as my realtor for a few years now, as well as having referred her to many friends and family members due to the ease she makes in either purchasing or selling a home. One of the most notable things is though is she does not view her clients as a dollar sign she has helped us purchase a 5000 dollar home and has also helped us with selling a home we remodeled and in addition to that has also sold a friend's home for almost 300,000. So whether your buying a 5,000 dollar dump or a 5 million dollar home you know you will be treated with the same sense of urgency across the board. We will continue to use Jill for all of the homes we buy or sell in the future or in our case the near future lol

The thought of finding a new home, when you live out-of-state, creates that “state” of high anxiety. Once you meet Abby, there is that feeling of talking with a friend. There is the professional and knowledgeable side of Abby, but also the personable and confident side. One who is caring and focused on helping you. A very comforting feeling. While our thoughts were of a single home, she injected thought of a duplex. This discussion produced a list of candidates (single and duplex) to visit. She was able to get us into a house (a duplex) the day it went on the market. It was everything we could have imagined as our new home. Abby suggested an inspector and an appraiser that she had worked with on numerous occasions. Both men were very detailed in preparing their reports. She kept me updated and answered questions, sometimes even before they were asked! She fully explained the process and provided a time schedule for the various events. Everything went smoothly from getting loan approval to closing because of the time and effort Abby put in. The offer we made may not have been the highest, but it was written to reflect our desire for the house along with the willingness to work with the seller. It did the trick – we won the bidding war! Our offer was the most favorable to the seller. She definitely knows how to sweeten the deal!
