I was selling my house and not purchasing an another house as I’m moving out of the country for a bit. Debby helped me find this house years ago and it was an easy process and selling at this time was even easier. She communicates which is key to the whole process, as I was traveling, she kept me posted as far as what was going on and within a week she had an offer which was over my asking price so I can’t ask for anything. Debby did a great job and when I come back to purchase another house, she’ll be my first call. All I can say is if you need a real estate agent, Debby is who you need. She’ll take care of you and make sure things go smoothly.

With 12 years of experience, His compassion, love for real estate and overall sense and ability of truly just wanting to help people, shine through and are made obvious from the very first time you meet him. My entire family has now used him as their realtor. I have used other realtors in the past, Brent Hill, BY FAR, is hands down the best! I will NEVER use another agent again. He is always available for any questions you may have and makes the process of home buying/home selling soooo much less stressful in an already high stress and crazy hectic time. He goes well above and beyond in every and any way I can think of. There is not a single other realtor that I know, or have heard of, that have done or can do what Brent does and has done . This man truly is a “jack of all trades”, from landscaping, painting, hanging, mudding and sanding drywall, through any other job you would need to hire a general contractor for. If There is an issue or problem, Brent most likely can do or fix it himself. If by chance there is something that needs fixed or addressed, and Brent can’t do it, chances are, he has a very well established business and professional relationship with someone who can, and probably for a much lower cost than you would find otherwise. I really cannot express or put into words, how great this man really is. I promise, You will be doing yourself a GREAT DISSERVICE by not using him as your agent!! Meghan was amazing to work with. We had been looking for a home with very narrow and specific criteria, and we started working with Meghan because we had heard she was the person who could make it happen! We worked together for over a year, and Meghan was incredibly patient, proactive, and helpful every step of the way. She helped us stay positive that we’d eventually find what we were looking for, and when we did, she did everything in her power to make sure we put in a great offer and got our dream home! She also helped us sell our previous home, which could have been very challenging as we put it on the market when we had just come home with a newborn. She did an amazing job and not only helping us sell our house quickly, but also surpassed all expectations of what we’d sell it for. As first time sellers, we expected it to be a challenging process and it couldn’t have been easier.
