While our thoughts were of a single home, she injected thought of a duplex. This discussion produced a list of candidates (single and duplex) to visit. She was able to get us into a house (a duplex) the day it went on the market. It was everything we could have imagined as our new home. Abby suggested an inspector and an appraiser that she had worked with on numerous occasions. Both men were very detailed in preparing their reports. She kept me updated and answered questions, sometimes even before they were asked! She fully explained the process and provided a time schedule for the various events. Everything went smoothly from getting loan approval to closing because of the time and effort Abby put in. The offer we made may not have been the highest, but it was written to reflect our desire for the house along with the willingness to work with the seller. It did the trick – we won the bidding war! Our offer was the most favorable to the seller. She definitely knows how to sweeten the deal! Communication style, market knowledge, negotiation skills, and professionalism

She was always very upfront and extremely nice. Very prompt and attentive to letting us know what needed done and by when. She's wonderful. She was both the buyer and seller representative for our sale but I never felt like there was a conflict of interest with her.

Michelle was a great resource and help to us in our long home-buying journey. We had some challenging experiences prior to working with her, and she was the one who finally helped us get the home we love.
