Our experience with "the other realtor" was a nightmare! But, we had Patty Dykstra as our realtor. She was totally on top of every aspect of the home purchase from start to finish. When we purchase our next home in Florida, or if you are looking for an experienced realtor, call Patty.

Working with April again was a great experience. When it came time to choose a realtor, I didn’t hesitate to reach out to the person who originally helped me buy my home. She stayed communicative throughout the entire process and was actively involved every step of the way. Although it took a bit longer than expected due to market conditions, we successfully got the home sold. I highly recommend April!

This is our 4th time using John, whether buying or selling, and he always makes the process easy and simple. He’s always responsive and we definitely recommend using him to buy or sell your home.
