It was a pleasure working with Ivanny. She was very responsive and proactive with all the issues that came up! She kept the process going, I am not sure if we would have made it to the closing table if it wasn't for her! I will call her when we are ready to buy or sell in the future!

Kathleen was referred to us by a co-worker. Our very first phone call together was almost 2 hours long, and she went above and beyond explaining to my husband and I the process as first time home buyers. Kathleen would communicate so effectively through phone calls, texts, emails, etc. in REAL time - something that is so important when you are going through the home buying process for the first time. She explained to us what we should look for, what not too look for, and everything in between. We were so fortunate to have gotten an offer accepted on our second house and went under contract just a day later. In this market, that is unheard of - and even at asking price! Kathleen was a true god sent to our family and without her expertise and guidance our process would have not been as smooth as it is. As a first responder in our community, Kathleen went above and behind in making sure our house was in a safe neighborhood and that all appointments and closing worked around my schedule. CHOOSE KATHLEEN! I promise that you will not be disappointed.
