Professional & hard working . Always supportive when I need advises.

A complete pleasure to work with. Direct and honest about the most important repairs, etc. to address for getting maximum value and selling the home on a reasonable timeline. She was very understanding about my personal concerns, and willing to talk me through the process and make sure I was comfortable with what was happening at every step. Highly recommended!

We worked with Tricia Aungst for both selling our home and buying a villa. The words that come to mind include: professional, effective, genuine, caring, and so many more. We are more than 100% happy with her services and her personality, kindness, and willingness to do whatever it takes for our successful contracts. Great Realtor! Great Person!

I know Eric for sometime. He is an excellent agent and that speaks about his person. He takes matters personally, and that he did with the selling of my property. Action speaks louder than words and that's one think about Eric. He takes things to action. Thank you Eric for not just talking about things but for putting them to action until they get done. He's done an excellent job and he deserves the five stars.
