We worked with a couple of other brokers before him, and with us residing in Boston, communication was fair at best with the others. Evan always answered our calls, and if he couldn't, he always got back to us super quick. We told him exactly what we were looking for in a house and he lined up properties for us to view online and in person, when we were in town, that were a close match. Never wasted a minute of our time showing us properties that weren't what we were looking for. The only thing I would change about working with him, is that I wish I met him sooner.
