Evan is, by far, the best broker we have ever worked with. Not to mention one of the most solid, down to earth, nicest person we have ever met. Whether in person or on the phone with him, it was always a pleasure. He went well over and above all of our expectations. We worked with a couple of other brokers before him, and with us residing in Boston, communication was fair at best with the others. Evan always answered our calls, and if he couldn't, he always got back to us super quick. We told him exactly what we were looking for in a house and he lined up properties for us to view online and in person, when we were in town, that were a close match. Never wasted a minute of our time showing us properties that weren't what we were looking for. From the first day we started working with him, up until when we closed on our house, it couldn't have been a more pleasurable, easy, stress-free experience. It was like shopping for houses with your best friend. I know it might seem like we're laying it on a bit thick right now, but believe us, he is all that and that good. Even after we closed, he was right there to answer any questions we had. Service after the sale was just as good. The only thing I would change about working with him, is that I wish I met him sooner. Bottom line, if you're looking to purchase a house, and you want it to be a fun, easy, stress free experience, with someone that's going to give you nothing less than 100% of his effort, Evan's definitely your guy.
