Working with Jeff was a great experience. I relocated to FL on relatively short notice and Jeff remained flexible to work with my schedule to look at homes. Jeff was strategic during his discussions with the Seller to obtain a lower asking price. Once under contract, Jeff kept on top of things to make sure we stayed on top of important items like inspections. Jeff was present for the inspection and final walkthroughs when I couldn’t be there.
