We received a call from Chetan about a year ago asking us if we were interested in putting our property up for sale. I was interested in selling but we had some hurdles to overcome before I could list it, COVID didn’t make things any easier either at the time, but Chetan Patel did make it easier. We spoke several times over the next few months and devised a plan in a reasonable time frame to get the house on the market and get the best price for it. Through some great ideas on his part and a little elbow grease on our part, we were able to accomplish all of our goals. As soon as the house was staged and photos were taken it seems our agent Chetan Patel found the right buyer for our house. Chetan is absolutely wonderful to work with. It’s like having a friend on the “inside” that is working for you. He made this whole experience feel nearly effortless on our part. We’re so very thankful that our paths crossed with his.
