We were able to give Melissa a breakdown of exactly what we were looking for. She pulled eight houses for us to go and see in one day. We found our perfect home, made an offer that day and offer was accepted the next day and we closed the following month. We have been working with another realtor for months and had no luck. We went looking with Melissa on one day and found our home. She is very knowledgeable. She goes out of her way to find you what you were looking for and stand by you every step of the way, I am very thankful that we were introduced to her through my daughter and not only is your realtor. She is now considered part of our family.
