I am a licensed realtor in the state of Utah and I’ve worked in real estate for 18 years and I still chose to work with Bernard on the purchase of a short-term rental property in Kissimmee. Honestly, the main reason he landed the job was because he actually picks up a phone, returns, text and phone calls, and shows up for appointments! You’d be surprised how many agents in this area can’t even do that. Once we got to know Bernard and he showed us a few properties, we really appreciated his experience and insight in the short term rental and vacation market here in the area.
