Derek was a good communicator and helped coordinate all aspects of the due diligence in order to facilitate a 30 day offer to closing process. He had good referrals for the various vendors needed to complete the process including inspectors, insurance agents, title company and contractors for cost estimates. We were doing the work from out of state so his coordination was critical to our short time frame. It went off exactly as planned. He did a great job for us, and we would recommend him highly.

Tracey communicated with me through the whole process in a way that made sense to me. She priced my house exactly where we needed to start and many agents commented that the price was right on target.
