He put together a great listing strategy and got the house on to market quickly. Michael was a huge help in the house hunting process from start to finish. Once we found a house we loved, he made the process smooth and quick. Which isn’t always easy to do in these situations. He didn’t waste any time & handled everything for us that we needed… and then some. My dad is older, so something like buying a house would be difficult for anyone his age, but because of Michael & Ryan’s help…the process was effortless, even for my dad. Even after the closing when I had questions about certain things, Michael was able to help me without any hesitation. We are extremely thankful we got to know Ryan with a previous sale we made, which was a breeze, thanks to Ryan…and because of that we got the pleasure of working with Michael when buying a house. Michael made sure that everyone we came into contact with (inspections, home insurance, etc) was trustworthy and professional, and there were no hidden charges about anything we weren’t expecting at the end. He was extremely helpful with the entire process, including the actual transaction for the home; when any negotiations came into play, they were handled with ease by Michael. My dad always says “you have to work both sides of the desk” and although he is correct, in this situation I never once had to ask Michael for something a second time, nor did I have to worry about him following up on something when he told me he would follow up on it. Above all, he was patient, thorough, and respectful with my dad while explaining all of the logistics to him. If we ever find ourselves needing a realtor again, there is no other option for us. And if it’s something they wouldn’t be able to help with for some reason, I’d trust anyone they sent me to in order to get the job done. Michael and Ryan are the best in the area, hands down.
