I have worked with many realtors and Amy was the best. She is organized and detail-oriented. She was there every step of the way, guiding and supporting. She is honest and hard-working. I never felt like she had any other agenda than to help my find my dream home. And, last but not least, Amy was a joy to spend time with. She is a gem!

We can say without a doubt that Amy is the best realtor we’ve worked with, hands down, among those representing us as buyer or seller. And we’ve worked with some experienced realtors over the years. We initiated a home-buying process from out of state, and Amy made herself readily available to preview a home, take video to share, and/or Facetime with us as she conducted a walk-through of a home we liked. When the time came for our in-person tours, Amy planned the itineraries thoughtfully and with a keen instinct in guiding us toward our preferences. We all know moving can be highly stressful and Amy’s calming demeanor and “this will all work out” approach gave us plenty of peace of mind, even when the road seemed a little bumpy. On top of that, she is a well-networked realtor with many local recommendations for work that may be needed: flooring, painting, general contracting, and more. Amy’s work ethic inspired confidence during the entire process, from start to finish, and with unrivaled client service skills—you won’t find as responsive a realtor! We would hire Amy again without reservation, as either a buying or listing agent.

I can’t say enough good things about Ben Mondragon Jr. He helped me buy my home over 10½ years ago, and just last month he guided me through selling the very same house. From start to finish—both then and now—he was wonderful to work with. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and responsive, and he truly cares about his clients. He made both the buying and selling process smooth and as stress-free as possible. It meant so much to work with someone I trusted completely, even more than a decade later. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

I needed to sell my home while purchasing a home, and I only had 12 weeks to get it all done. Ben went above and beyond to makes sure my house was on the market quickly. We had a buyer in no time. He walked through our potential new homes and guided us through the pros and cons of each home, location, and future value. We found our new home within weeks and moved in a few weeks later. Ben came highly recommended and after our experience with him, it's obvious why he is well respected and sought after. One thing that stood out to us was everyone that worked with us during the buy/sell process praised Ben for his professionalism and communication skills. Thanks for everything, Ben! 5 Star Service.

Ben is simply outstanding. Selling my house while navigating a divorce, and being located out of state was very stressful, but Ben handled everything with total professionalism and compassion. He was knowledgeable, efficient, managed every detail, communicated flawlessly and secured a fantastic offer quickly. If you need an agent who can handle complexity and provide peace of mind, look no further than Ben!

Jackie was always responsive, reasonable and knowledgable. She was not afraid to speak her mind about the home, market, expectations etc. Many sellers/buyers and agents are wildly delusional and Jackie is not. She provided excellent information, communication and direction. We could not be happier.

Jackie is a wonderful agent. We were not easy clients. Mom, daughter and son looking for something outside of norm. Well we found and Jackie worked through each detail to get us to closing. She is kind, patient and totally knows her job. We are so thankful to have worked with her.

Jackie was an outstanding real estate agent from start to finish. She communicated clearly and consistently throughout the entire process, making everything feel smooth and well-managed. What really stood out was her depth of knowledge—she provided valuable insights into different areas of the market that I wouldn’t have considered on my own. Her experience truly showed when it came to evaluating investment properties. She guided me with confidence, helping me think through decisions strategically rather than just emotionally. On top of that, she consistently went above and beyond, exceeding my expectations at every step. I would highly recommend Jackie to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, proactive, and reliable agent.

Amber has facilitated two sales for me, and I am very pleased with how both houses were sold at a good price within a matter of a few days. Amber was an outstanding choice for me, thanks to her comprehensive knowledge of the Eugene market and extensive experience in the field. She provided invaluable guidance throughout the process. Since one of the properties required extensive repairs, Amber’s skills in project management ensured that all preparations were completed efficiently and to a high standard. One of her greatest strengths was her dedication to clear, consistent communication. She kept everyone involved well-informed and moved each phase of the transaction forward promptly. This commitment helped guarantee that the process remained smooth and free from unnecessary delays Richard Ross
