She suggested we could use our own furniture and accessories to stage the house, saving a good sum of money. We agreed to go with her final assessment, which was more than mine. We listed on a Friday afternoon, and accepted a full price cash offer on Sunday evening. Amy is an upbeat, caring, empathetic person, but also a competitive, fearless, and strong agent.
