Amy helped us buy this house about 8 years ago, and we never forgot what a positive experience that was. When we decided to sell, neither of us even considered looking for another agent. It was a huge and difficult undertaking for us, as we are in our 70’s, and the last 8 years have taken a toll on our physical abilities. Amy would be the perfect agent for any age client, but especially wonderful for us. She helped us for 3 months before we got it on the market with advice, referrals and support. Amy’s responsiveness to our frequent calls was amazing. You know she has many other clients, but it is hard to tell by how quickly she responds, 24/7 almost. She provided excellent advice on what projects would help the sale, and which would not. She found good people to help us go through boxes & boxes of stored stuff to downsize. And she could tell that we were stressed and exhausted, and provided much appreciated encouragement, and shoulder to cry on. Amy listens to your thoughts and ideas, and provides the guidance needed to get the best results. She gave us her thoughts on a sale price early on, but waited until the house was ready see what it and the market were like. She suggested we could use our own furniture and accessories to stage the house, saving a good sum of money. We agreed to go with her final assessment, which was more than mine. We listed on a Friday afternoon, and accepted a full price cash offer on Sunday evening. Amy is an upbeat, caring, empathetic person, but also a competitive, fearless, and strong agent. An uncommon combination which has been all we could ask for twice now.
