He was ready to answer questions about shops, schools, and putting our wants and needs into finding the right home and neighborhood. Chad friendliness was a relief, he made us feel welcomed into every house or property he showed us. When we told Chad about our hectic schedules, he was willing to flex to meet our schedules taking pressure off of our shoulders. When it was time to buy our new house he went above and beyond to make our experience as stress free and expedient as possible. Including getting us contacted with everyone needed to purchase an older home in need of repairs.
