Working with Chad Sherman was enjoyable. My family have moved from state to state looking for an open community, available jobs, good food, and a healthier life style. Out of all the realtors we have dealt with in the past, I can safely say that Chad was the most informative, friendly, and knowledgeable agent we have yet come across. Chad took the time to talk about the areas we were interested in, and listened to our needs before pressuring us to sign contracts or work with him. It can be hard to find an agent who is willing to talk with you until you sign with them, which can make it difficult if your agent isn't what you need. I cannot stress how important this is, because not all agents are willing to put your needs and wants before them making more money. Chad's encouragement to us, to ask around and make sure that buying a house with him gave us security and confidence in choosing him. Chad was also very informative about why it was important to have certain things done like home loan approvals before seeing homes. In the past realtors have bullied us instead of talking us through steps we needed to do. Chad was willing to research areas we were interested in. He was ready to answer questions about shops, schools, and putting our wants and needs into finding the right home and neighborhood. Chad friendliness was a relief, he made us feel welcomed into every house or property he showed us. When we told Chad about our hectic schedules, he was willing to flex to meet our schedules taking pressure off of our shoulders. When it was time to buy our new house he went above and beyond to make our experience as stress free and expedient as possible. Including getting us contacted with everyone needed to purchase an older home in need of repairs. I recommend Chad to anyone who needs help finding their new home, whether they are looking for a forever home or a temporary station in their life.
