Emmy was wonderful to work with. She was super helpful with understanding the process and being patient with my lack of understanding. Emmy is professional and insightful, thanks so much Emmy!

Shayda is positive and encouraging, but also practical and honest about the market. When the other party and their realtor dropped the ball, she picked it up and got our deal over the finish line. We couldn't have done it without her!

The house I sold was my mother's who passed away this year, and Nicole stepped in immediately to assist. We walked the property and she was helpful without being forward, attuned to the emotions inherent in the sell of the property. Nicole listened to my needs and gave me several options to consider on how to proceed in selling the property (sell as-is, fix up a bit then list, complete rehab and then list). Her market preparation was thorough. Nicole gave me numbers based on the options and offered her professional recommendation on how to proceed. Once decided she moved quickly. The house was listed, had 17 showings, and was sold and closed in 9 days. The experience was simply amazing.
