Mica did a great job marketing my house and was attentive and helpful throughout. He was onsite often, following up, coordinating and attending inspections. He ensured a smooth process and offered wisdom throughout the sale.

Heather has wonderful knowledge for marketing and also negotiation skills. Heather worked diligently and created a warm selling experience for us. She is always professional and quick to respond. I highly recommend her if you're looking to buy or sell your home!

Hilary understood the market, considered my specific needs and desires throughout the process and was available and timely. This was, by far, my best experience purchasing a home.

To be honest, it seemed like a lot to ask of one realtor to sell a home & buy another within our desired timeline in this tough economic climate. Never once did Jess sweat it, in fact she really pulled through for the buying realtor on our home; when it came time for the showing ,as well as the inspection when she could make it. Jessica wasn’t just there for us on both sides of the deal but she made sure the people who bought our last home were comfortable with there decision in buying as well. We couldn’t be more happy with our new home & don’t plan to move anytime soon, but if we did we would certainly be using Jessica Kipp as our realtor & think you should as well.

Jose is the best. He made the home buying process actually enjoyable! He worked with my schedule and was super helpful with anything I needed. 100% recommend!

Jessica was just fabulous. She showed me several places before we hit on the right one. She was great at pointing out the pros and cons of each property. After I decided on the one I loved, her follow through was amazing. She stepped me through the entire process and I absolutely love her and would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a great realtor.

I have worked with Christopher Johnson on multiple real estate transactions, and he is truly an 11 out of 10! He is a consummate real estate professional who brings exceptional knowledge, experience, and genuine care to every transaction. Most recently, Christopher guided us through a tricky market involving an estate property with significant architectural history owned by our late mother. While we wanted to maximize the value, our family also cared deeply about finding the right “fit” for the property’s next owner. Christopher understood that and worked hard to help us achieve both goals. He is extremely knowledgeable, collaborative, and has a special way of working with people. His calm demeanor and thoughtful guidance are refreshing, particularly when navigating the challenges of a major transaction. We have worked with Christopher more than once, and there is a reason we keep coming back. I would recommend him without hesitation to anyone looking for a real estate professional who combines expertise with integrity.

Knowledgeable and if she doesn’t have the answer, she will research and get the answer. Ethical and it’s a trait not common these days.
