The house I sold was my mother's who passed away this year, and Nicole stepped in immediately to assist. We walked the property and she was helpful without being forward, attuned to the emotions inherent in the sell of the property. Nicole listened to my needs and gave me several options to consider on how to proceed in selling the property (sell as-is, fix up a bit then list, complete rehab and then list). Her market preparation was thorough. Nicole gave me numbers based on the options and offered her professional recommendation on how to proceed. Once decided she moved quickly.
