To Whom it may concern, I am more than pleased to have the opportunity to recommend Sherrill Perryman as your realtor. It was a pleasure to work alongside Sherril during the sale of my home in Laguna Beach. I was impressed by her professionalism and admirable personal qualities. As my realtor, Sherrill constantly demonstrated her exceptional skills and extensive knowledge of the everchanging real estate market. Moreover, she consistently had interested buyers looking at my home. In addition, Sherrill has one of the best personalities I have had the joy of working with. She is a fun-loving and friendly individual who always treats everyone in an amicable and welcoming manner. As your realtor, I am confident she will become an invaluable asset in selling your home Sincerely, Pete C.

Where to start? Linda is an absolute amazing person! She is so positive and supportive and makes you feel like you are her only client. Linda sold our condo and helped us purchase our forever home all within two months, she is the "Contingent Queen". The way she interacts with other agents and potential buyers was a sight to see and hear. Absolute professional and oh so clever, she works hard for her clients and gets deals closed while always watching out for you. She gives solid advice and never pressures you into anything you don't feel comfortable to agreeing to, she always gives you options and has various backup plans. I almost want to buy another house just to work with her again, haha, she is that personable! I highly recommend her to assist you in all your home buying needs, you won't regret it :)
