Richard Caley is a consummate professional in a field where there is a lot of incompetence. Most real estate agents have failed at something else and adopted real estate as a fallback career. Mr. Caley would be a success in whatever endeavor he pursues. He was able to help us navigate a complex two-property transaction that had pricing and timing wrinkles. He pushed the buyer's lender to perform on time and kept the process on track when vendors chosen by other parties in the transactions failed to live up to expectations and performance standards. He is a good negotiator and has a better feel for economics and market pricing than the typical Realtor.

Clinton is easy to work with. He's available whenever we need even during night hours and most weekends. He communicates well in email and text to keep us up to date during the entire process. Even though it takes a while for us to find our dream house during this crazy house market, Clinton shows incredible patience and work with us and the seller to make the process as smooth as possible.
