Jerry was such a good partner in helping us find our first home. We moved to Orange County a few years ago and had not been able to really visit and research the various communities that could be a good fit our little family. On day one Jerry invited us to his office and offered an Orange County 101- he explained the pros/cons about each city and described their personality so we can decide which locations we should focus our search. We went through our long list of must haves and spoke about pricing and budgets. He was never pushy, but instead offered helpful insight that he’s accumulated through decades of experience in the real estate industry. From that point we knew we had a good realtor. He made time for all our questions and to take us to endless showings. The reality being a buyer in a sellers market in CA was challenging, but he reassured us that we would find the home of our dreams. And we sure did! After 6 failed offers on 5 homes, we finally got the best news. Our offer was accepted and we closed without any hiccups 30 days later. We have nothing but gratitude for Jerry & the entire IHR team for holding our hand through this process, and making it as uncomplicated as it can be. We encourage anyone looking to buy/sell a home to reach out to Jerry Koller immediately, he’s THE BEST.
