She was so helpful in the purchase of our first home when it came to knowledge about renovating, tradesmen, house ideas, etc. We would’ve been lost without her. She was available anytime we needed her and helped so much more than just the purchase of the house. I am so glad we found her.

Sheri took time to walk the community I was interested in purchasing in. Additionally, the sellers of the home I purchased considered not moving when their offer wasn’t accepted on their dream home. Sheri continued to stay in communication by frequently checking in with the selling agent. Eventually, the sellers were ready to make a deal. When it came to negotiations, Sheri was critical at ensuring both parties agreed upon terms and conditions. Sheri offered suggestions and scenarios to me as the buyer regarding offer options to present to the sellers. While in escrow, Sheri also kept in constant communication with the escrow office, myself, and the selling agent to ensure a smooth transaction and close of sale. I am forever grateful to Sheri for assisting with the purchase of my home.
