This was my first time selling a home and Kelly helped me through each step of the process. I appreciated how she took the time to explain, answer my questions and advise me in the best path to take. She's always very timely in responding to my questions and she was able to find just the right buyer for my property. Thank you, Kelly!

Kelly is knowledgeable, kind, personable, and overall wonderful. She is someone that will respond to questions ASAP and make you feel at ease during the home buying process. As a first time home buyer, I felt 100% supported and secure. The home I bought feels like the home I was supposed to live in all my life.

We were uncertain whether to sell our not. After contacting Kelly, and her coming to our home, she explained every detail to us. She is so very knowledgeable and understanding, as we were very undecided. We decided immediately to sell. Kelly was with us every step of the process, and answered any and all questions or concerns we had. Our house sold immediately. Kelly was just wonderful. Since we sold and bought new, she has been in constant contact with us to this day. Kelly has never forgotten about us for even a minute. What a wonderful experience she provided us before and after. We are very grateful we contacted Kelly Loya!
