Sonia was an amazing asset to have throughout my home buying process. Working with the VA loan, she had a wealth of expertise that helped me to avoid a lot of pitfalls like what may come up in a VA appraisal and how to leverage my loan options with escalations to find a house that I loved which was also in my price range. Something that made her really stand out to me is the distance she was willing to travel (from Watertown to Central Syracuse) at a moments notice and during the most odd times (she came down for a showing on Mother's day) just to make sure I didn't miss out on an opportunity to see a place. As for her professionalism once I did get my offer accepted, she showed a paramount of patience when dealing with the seller's realtor. Whenever they would try to berate or name call me because I wasn't going to bend to their will and give more money, or sign papers when they had a bad title, Sonia made sure to use our buying position as leverage and make sure things worked in my favor. She also made sure that all my conditions were met at the closing table before I fully closed so that I would walk away happy. All in all she was an extremely valuable personal to have on my team throughout this process. 10/10 I would recommend
