Mary Anne was thorough and forthright in making recommendations for updating the house before putting it on the market. She provided me with specific recommendations in terms of lighting, paint, carpet, staging and so on to maximize appeal for prospective buyers. We followed her recommendations thoroughly! The updates to the property, the pricing, and the timing for putting the house on the market were spot on! We had multiple offers within 5 or 6 days of putting it for sale and were able to close the sale within a week of our desired timeline.
