I just cannot express my gratitude for Kim Merckle. From the first time I talked to her on the phone, to explain my unique situation, to the closing of the sale, she was right there. Never too busy to discuss any questions that came up. Kim had the answers to all of my questions. There were frustrating moments on my end, and Kim was always there to talk me down off the ledge. If you ever need an agent to stand by your side, if you have any questions, I would highly recommend Kim Merckle. She went above and beyond. Thank you Kim. You are truly an asset to your company.

Nancy is a rock star! She told us exactly what we needed to do to get the results we wanted and delivered! Absolutely recommend her to anyone wanting great advice and a smooth process in buying/selling real estate.
