Was super friendly, attentive, and very quick in not only understanding my need to sell fast but also work around my crazy forever changing schedule. He was honestly the best at walking me through all of the steps and paperwork of selling my house with as little stress as possible! I was juggling moving two states away, packing, and dealing with family medical issues so he was a blessing to work with. He always answered all of my questions and was fantastic at scheduling walk-throughs and home tours. And the person he scheduled to take videos and pictures of the house for listing was amazing! The pictures were the best and I seriously think it helped out not only drawing people to the house but definitely contributed to its fast sell! He was amazing at helping me not only close early which was fantastic! But set up all of the need to knows with the title office so all I had to do was show up sign, smile, and leave happy! He completely took care of every part of selling my house and I would trust him with any of my friends and/or family with the sale of their house. He even called a few days to a week after our official closing to check up and make sure everything was going well for me and my move which to me was just above and beyond! He was the reason selling my house was stress free and a profitable experience for me for sure!
