Hands down the best realtor around. Spent the first showing asking questions to get a real feel for what we were wanting. Helped us negotiate not only with the house price but with inspection issues. Would highly recommend him!!
Jason did a great job of actively marketing our home to get as many showings as possible, and provides good feedback along the selling process. In our case, he was representing both sides with the sale, and was completely transparent, fair, and ethical throughout the process. He also has great recommendations for insurance agencies, contractors, and bankers.
Jason was very helpful, especially since this was our first time buying a home. Helped negotiate where we needed it the most, and helped us fly through the process as quickly as possible. I felt he was honest and upfront throughout the entire process, which was extremely helpful!
My house sold within hours of me signing the listing. He showed me 3 condos and the last one was perfect. He went on vacation but his responsiveness was still great. He stayed with me right thru closings and has touched basis with me since then. I couldn't ask for more
Jason has 7 properties for sale and sold 46 properties in the last 12 months, showing 4, sorted by most recent activity
