Karen helped me with a somewhat complicated transaction - selling a former rental property that I unexpectedly inherited and do not live in the state. She helped me quickly understand how things would work in Ohio, provided data-supported recommendations on pre-listing property preparations and pricing, and helped me cover the gap with finding contractors and even checking on the property since I'm not local. Karen made the sometimes very stressful process of selling a property easy and smooth - highly recommend!
