We couldn't be happier with our experience working with our realtor, Don Shurts. They helped us find and purchase a wonderful home and later guided us through a very successful sale of that same home. Throughout both processes, they were incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to educate us every step of the way, making sure we understood our options and felt confident in our decisions. Most importantly, they genuinely cared about our family and always had our best interests at heart. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dedicated, caring, and trustworthy realtor.

I highly recommend Don and Cindy! From our initial conversation straight through to the sell of our home, Don walked us through each step and kept in communication with us. He continued to work with the buyers agent through the offer process and help finalize their inspection to determine what should be repaired. If you are looking for a very experienced agent who walks with God and has a calm but effective demeanor, Don or Cindy is an agent you can depend upon.

From the beginning to the end of the selling process Don was there to help us through it! With suggestions on how to improve the home our home before the house hit the market, to the selling process. The knowledge he has is top notch! If you are buying or selling a home Don and Cyndi are the team I would recommend!

Was able to obtain multiple offers within a few days of listing the sale, Don worked to provide guidance and communicate every step of the way.

A team that is more than just realtors. They are on your side cheering you on, coaching you through the hard times, and helping you hit your goals. With great communication, amazing negotiating, and beyond professional.

I met Scott in 2012 from an online search completed by my sister- in -law. My husband passed away that year and left me with three properties to sell in North Dayton. Two of which I considered to be unsellable. Scott took on all three properties and had them sold within a few weeks. I was able to quit being a landlord which was an immense hurdle that Scott helped me reach. With Scott's help we found a beautiful condo in Centerville close to my job. Scott helped me negotiate and close on the condo. I lived in the condo for thirteen years and loved it. This year in 2025 I called on Scott again to sell my beloved condo to make an out of state move to be with my family in Virginia. Scott listed my condo and found a buyer for the price I needed to move. Scott helped me stage my condo which was much needed to present it in a good light to buyers. Scott had two life events during the listing of my condo, but he was always available to facilitate showings. My condo sold in timely manner for the price I needed to move. Thank you Scott for all your hard work and making my life in Virginia possible.

Scott was amazing. Throughout the entire process Scott was always available and happy to help. Scott answered all of our questions timely and left no stone unturned. I couldn't be happier with the experience and will be using Scott as our realtor for all future endeavours.

Emily responded promptly to requests and questions. She was active in assisting with my timeline and patient with my requests. Her professionalism and market knowledge was top notch. I would definitely recommend her to anyone in search of selling their home or looking for a new home.

Emily is an absolute rockstar! This was my third time working with her as a buyer’s agent, and she continues to get even better. She’s incredibly responsive—always replying right away, even on evenings and weekends—which made the whole process feel seamless and stress-free. No matter what issue popped up, Emily jumped on it immediately and handled everything with professionalism and a great attitude. She’s knowledgeable, patient, and truly goes above and beyond to make sure her clients are taken care of. I honestly can’t imagine buying a home without her on my side. If you’re looking for a buyer’s agent who genuinely cares and delivers results, look no further. Emily is the real deal. I’ll be using her again without hesitation!

Emily was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and patient. She has helped multiple of my family members find a home and I was happy to have her help me find my home. She stepped up to give me all the information she could and help beyond her duties as this was my first home buying experience. I can’t say enough positive words about Emily and I would be honored to use her as my realtor in the future.
