I met Scott in 2012 from an online search completed by my sister- in -law. My husband passed away that year and left me with three properties to sell in North Dayton. Two of which I considered to be unsellable. Scott took on all three properties and had them sold within a few weeks. This year in 2025 I called on Scott again to sell my beloved condo to make an out of state move to be with my family in Virginia. Scott listed my condo and found a buyer for the price I needed to move. Scott helped me stage my condo which was much needed to present it in a good light to buyers. Scott had two life events during the listing of my condo, but he was always available to facilitate showings. My condo sold in timely manner for the price I needed to move.
