Don was very professional and did a great job generating lots of viewings of our house. The digital advertising he did seemed to be very effective as we had a high quantity of viewings. It took a while to sell our house because we probably set the price at too high a point to begin the process. That's why I have this as 4 instead of 5 stars. My only critique is that we would have appreciated a bit more push back on our coming in position on price. Aside from this critique, Don was great with communication and being open with us when we needed to reduce the price of the listing. He was great working with us through the negotiation phase, which was complicated by some big asks from the buyers after inspection. I would definitely recommend Don to someone looking to sell their house.

working with Sheri was a wonderful experience she always got answers to our questions. could call or text and she would reply quickly a joy to be around. Made sure all the proper papers were done right and signed correctly. you can't go wrong with Sheri. she never lets the ball hit the net or go outbounds

Jamie was a referral from a friend of ours and he is amazing! He walked us through the process; he definitely stood up on our behalf when needed as we did have a spicy agent. Jamie is knowledgeable with VA loans and the different types of loans available which was a plus and he is resourceful.
