Emily went above and beyond. Showing me the house was easy. But she came up with a plan for me to get a great price. She has great options for inspectors and lenders if I needed them. She got quotes set up for work to be done based on inspections. She handled the negotiations as they changed. And always answered my questions. And I had alot as a first time buyer! She always made time to explain things and make sure I understood everything. And even after closing where I got a bill that was supposed to go to the previous owner, I messaged her and she handled it. Such a great experience!
